WHO AM I ?
I am Namir, and I’m a specialist of the creative process, i.e. HOW CREATORS ACTUALLY CREATE. 
After graduating from film school, I realized that writer’s blocks are caused by the writers themselves – their resistance, their fears, their beliefs, their solitude – and I started to put aside technical and dramaturgical considerations to focus on only one question:
What makes certain creators highly functional and others not?
I studied hypnosis, energy management, Qi Gong, neuroscience, psychopathology and coaching in order to have a broader vision of human beings and their emotional and psychic structures, their cognitive biases, and their subconscious beliefs which generate blockage, as well as self-destructive behaviors such as procrastination, fear of success.
I began to organize workshops that offer a global view of the author.
Little by little these workshops attracted more and more people.
Hundreds of people have now taken part in my workshops.
Among them, filmmakers and authors, but also coaches, architects, and entrepreneurs who want to express their message to the world !
All of them felt increased freedom and confidence in their capabilities, and with much higher self-esteem.
